We have formed a group of like minded persons to combat
this Graffiti menace & to pinpoint the vandals.
So that they can be prosecuted & their parents fined for the cost of removing the eyesores on private property & the general environment.
This can run into big money.
Individuals with damaged property can also sue
the parents of juveniles
